What are your responsibilities at Tech?

I am responsible for handling the coordination and organization of various professional education programs both in the Global Learning Center and offsite. I coordinate all logistics for the programs as well as assist the units on campus with their needs for their courses. I also support the attendees of the professional education programs by answering questions and assisting with hotel recommendations.

Why do you like working at Tech?

I love the people I work with. I have never worked with a better team. We truly strive to support each other in every way possible. We are not just coworkers, we are friends and family to each other.

What is it like working in a college setting?

I love working in a college setting. There is a vibe here like no other place I have worked, and the school pride is everywhere.

The technology in our facility is amazing. Technology is integrated into every aspect of our work area, and it is very user-friendly.

What drives you to help make the Georgia Tech vision, "To define the technological research university of the 21st century," a reality?

The Global Learning Center strives to stay on top of the latest technology. This gives our customers, both internal and external, a great experience. The modern technology makes our customer’s experience more enjoyable. What drives me is a happy customer!

What have been the highlights of your career at Georgia Tech?

One of the highlights of working at GT has been the fantastic team I get to be with each day as well as interacting with various units on campus and building a relationship with them. I love seeing professionals complete a program and receive their certificate. It is great to know that Georgia Tech plays a part in helping advance someone's career.
