Tech Campuses

The global economy is making national and other types of boundaries less relevant every day. Georgia Tech has taken full advantage of this trend by extending its "campus" far beyond the borders of the main Atlanta location to encompass learning and research platforms as close as southeast Georgia and as far as Europe and Asia.

Georgia Tech–Savannah

GT Savannah Building

By extending the virtual borders of the Georgia Tech campus, Georgia Tech–Savannah affords students in southeast Georgia the opportunity to earn a Georgia Tech degree outside of Atlanta—using local faculty, facilities, and distance learning connections to bring Georgia Tech directly to the region.

Georgia Tech–Europe

GT Metz BuildingFrance

The highly innovative Georgia Tech-Lorraine (GTL) campus offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs all year around at Tech's European center located in Metz, France, just 80 minutes by train from Paris. At GTL, which has been in existence since 1991, students from around the world have the opportunity to take courses taught in English by Georgia Tech faculty assigned to this French campus. GTL is also the site of a unique joint international laboratory (UMI GT-CNRS) between Georgia Tech and the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS).

GT Ireland BuildingIreland

Georgia Tech-Ireland is the European division of the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI). Located in the city of Athlone, GT Ireland focuses on industry research and development needs. Working closely with colleagues at Irish universities, Georgia Tech, and various corporate partners, GT Ireland is helping companies convert their promising new ideas into workable technologies through industry-focused research and development that bridges the gap between academic discovery and commercial success.

Georgia Tech–Asia

GT Singapore BuildingSingapore

The most prominent feature of the Georgia Tech-Singapore campus is the Logistics Institute-Asia Pacific (TLI-AP), a collaboration with the National University of Singapore that offers research and education programs in global logistics. TLI-AP's role is to deliver leading-edge research and development in logistics engineering, technology, and management and to provide high-quality post-graduate education in logistics at the master's and PhD levels.

GT ShanghaiShanghai Initiative

The Georgia Tech-Shanghai Initiative provides Tech students an exciting opportunity to live and study in rapidly growing China and gives Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) students exposure to a world-class education. An agreement between SJTU and Georgia Tech allows students of SJTU to receive dual master's degrees from both institutions.
